Wiltshire Environmental Enterprises Limited

Wiltshire Environmental Enterprises Limited (WEEL) is the trading company of the Wiltshire Wildlife Trust.

WEEL exists for two primary purposes. To deliver commercial activities that support the goals of the Wiltshire Wildlife Trust and in doing so to generate a profit that can be transferred to the Trust to support its conservation work.

There are currently two trading arms within WEEL:

Chalkhill Environmental Consultants

Chalkhill Environmental Consultants are a team of ecologists with great expertise who are experienced, trained and licensed to carry out various forms of ecological and conservation-led contract work.

Our contracts range from larger schemes for statutory bodies to smaller scale projects working with individual businesses and homeowners.

We have developed an excellent reputation locally and regionally for the provision of ecological reports and surveys.

Wiltshire Rural Services

Wiltshire Rural Services has long been established in carrying out all the Trust’s reserve and countryside management services.

Building on our success in this field we have expanded our services to undertake external contract work. With a wide range of experience and expertise we deliver a professional and conscientious service to all our customers.

We cover all aspects of Countryside Management and offer a full project management service giving the client peace of mind with one constant point of contact.

The team is highly skilled and experienced in all elements of contractual work, with the additional expertise in Sites of Special Scientific Interest and conservation led projects.
